Cancellation +
Late Policy

Your appointments are very important to us! A 24-hour notice is required if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. A credit card is needed to reserve all bookings.

In the event of less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your original booked service fee; in the event of a no show, you will be charged 100% of your original booked service.

 

Any last minute cancellations who would like to re-book must make a non-refundable deposit of 50% and no shows must pay in full before booking a future service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a $25 late fee will be applied and your stylist may not be able to perform the original service booked. You may still be charged for your original service booked even if your stylist cannot perform the full service due to your lateness.

We love our first responders and nurses! Enjoy 10% off all services (excluding extension services) Tuesdays through Fridays as our thanks to you. Simply show your first responder ID or nurse's ID at checkout, and let us take care of the rest.

Correction
Policy

If we did not meet your expectations, contact us within a week of your appointment and we'll be happy to help! Salon services are non-refundable, but corrections are complimentary.

Please note that corrective services are not complimentary if the original service was not performed by a stylist at Dreamhaus Hair or if you have changed your mind about your hair color since the original service date. Some services require multiple appointments to achieve your goal color and will not be considered for a service correction between appointments.
